The most common Weight Loss Myth

There are a number of weight loss myths that misguide the people trying to get rid of extra weight. We encounter these myths so many times in our life that sometimes they get mixed up with true facts. Again, some of these myths also make you laugh, as they sound foolish and do not have any logic supporting them. In this post, I will discuss the most common Weight Loss Myth.

Myth: Heavy Exercise results in more weight loss

Truth: It might sound logical that weight loss is directly proportional to the workout done by a person. However, there are a number of other factors to keep in mind as well. Every individual is different and thus the maximum level of exercise also differs from person to person. For instance, if you are of the lazy persons who could not even remember when he went for a walk last time, then 15 minutes exercise might be sufficient for you initially. On the contrary, an active person who keeps exercising daily may require more workouts to reach the maximum level. Again the age, health and weight should also be considered.
