Alternatives to the egg to gain muscle

Seafood is an excellent source of protein: oysters, prawns and mussels contain 13, 21 and 26 grams of protein, respectively, per 100 grams of food, and hardly any fat .

Another good choice is quinoa , a South American grain that has unique properties. The grain of this miracle plant contains more protein than any other grain : about 13 grams per 100 grams. The best way to prepare: Cook the quinoa in vegetable broth, condiméntala with cumin, turmeric, pepper and salt and take a splash of cream or coconut milk.

We can add prawns sauteed in a pan with some garlic. Serve with a handful of chopped cilantro. This meal is a real (and very healthy) pump proteins .
